Professional Background
Dr. Loughlin completed his Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery residency at Wake Forest University Medical Center in 1997. He began his career practicing in Winchester, Virginia, before spending 17 years in Central and Western Connecticut with Westwood ENT, P.C. During this time, he also trained general surgery residents in head and neck surgery at St. Mary’s Hospital and Waterbury Hospital, an experience he found deeply rewarding. In 2015, he co-founded the CT Sinus Center, which became one of New England’s busiest office-based nasal and sinus surgery centers. Over the course of his career, Dr. Loughlin has performed thousands of in-office nasal and sinus procedures. He is board-certified in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery.
